Cosmic Tasks to Make StarDust Shine

“It is totally 100% true: nearly all the elements in the human body were made in a star and many have come through several supernovas.” – Dr Ashley King

Never forget that you are stardust. The perfect timing of supernovas and with the collecting of forces this world came to be and the building blocks of everything fell from the stars to allow life and creation. There is that which is and that which creates. As individuals we create a footprint that is left on this world. Those prints are marked in the dust and by the dust of stars that came before.

With us being of stardust this makes us cosmic. This makes us everything.

“The void is like space

Now space contains everything

The mountains, the oceans, the stars

Good people and bad people

The plants and the animals and everything” – Alan Watts

Unlike a star with finite energy to burn shine and then collapse and die we decide if we shall shine from day to day. Our moods, actions, and internal vibrations decide if we humans shine. Dr. Joe Dispenza explains that our energy is held in seven body areas (Dispenza, 2021). The body takes in energy and releases energy. But what is anything if we waste our energy or misuse our time with our precious stardust? We must take care of our bodies. We must allow our temples to shine.

In caring for our temples, we can be true visions of light. The cosmos are counting on us to take up these cosmic tasks to make our stardust shine. Resting and renewing are at the heart of our ability to shine for ourselves and even for others. Once rested the energy we fuel our bellies minds and soul with are critical to the brightness we hold. Then between rest and fuel, we have those actions of self-care and protection.

Physical rest is the first key to a bright life. We are not infinite sets of looping power. We break down and we must give ourselves time to renew before moving forward. Sleep is the main function of rest for us. It is key to clear the mind, flood the chemicals out of our brains to reset and rewrite from the day of constant thought. The muscles can breath and repair from support and stress of work and play. The soul can dream and find center again. One that ignores sleep is only digging there life into darkness. Dr Reid reminds us sleep is one of the most powerful cards we have in our deck for wellbeing (Reid, 2021).

Rest:

Fuel and energy:

We must eat to process the nutrients needed to continue day to day. But the fuel that is supplied determines the energy gained. Whole foods vs processed food like materials. The acne nutritionist teaches us that Whole Foods are natural and contains all the needed components unaltered (Killam, n.d.). Just as we are parts of the cosmos. That which is more natural is more natural to process and use to rise and shine each day.

Also the body must be fueled with energy by using its energy. A star is constantly controlling its system of cosmic material. She does not stay stagnant. It is dynamic and so should our bodies also be. In movement we create vibration. When we have high current vibration our energy can be present and energizing. If this means a walk around the block, yoga on the patio, or hitting up the gym with the bros. The importance is to move.

Self care and protection:

We differ from the stars in a big way being that they are in a a vacuum of space we are with duties and daily interactions. These unique patterns of life shape who we are and what we do. These daily life activities lead to stress and discomfort. But with awareness and the ability to communicate and command our own self care we allow that stress and discomfort to only effect us for a moment and allow us to re center. We may become more aware in a stressful moment. Or we ground ourselves before a day full of events. We may even nourish ourselves more completely after a week of less control from vacationing. But our daily routines, our nonnegotiable actions are what keep us from giving up or floating into the darkness of constant stress. Firm time and build your routine. Commit to those things you will always do. From simple tasks like meditating to brushing your teeth daily. To maybe a practice that brings you joy like a monthly massage. We must weave into our lives those things that help us care for ourselves and protect our inner vibrations to let our stardust shine.

Finding one’s routine and patterns are a must. Sleep can only come if you give time for it. Hungary can only be fueled nutritiously when we plan and prepare the meal. Self-care is only care if you find it relaxing and needed.

Tips to altering our ways:

Sleep: 1. Plan your bedtime. Don’t just wait for sleep to come. Have the intention to fall asleep around a planned time. 2. Build a bedtime routine. 3. Avoid technology, don’t go to bed with your black mirror.

For me, I plan my upcoming week every Sunday. Even tho I go to bed at 10:30pm every night I still write in my planner. For my routine, my phone chimes my bedtime 30 minutes before bed and I avoid my phone except to set my alarm. Brush my teeth. Stretch. Then I get into bed and start shutting down my thoughts of stress.

Food: Baby steps to fresh. Don’t try to go vegetarian overnight. Find your way to better food.

For me, I try to read the box or package, and if I can’t read everything I try to avoid it. Grab bags of fruit instead of snack packs. Also i try to shop in stores that promote more fresh foods.

Fitness: 1. Find movement. 2. Trade activists for a better, ex take the stairs instead of the revelatory if it is less then a few floors. 3. Stretch before bed

For me, I find movement 3 times a week in the gym where I love to ride a bike. At work, I take the stairs instead of the elevator and I park on the top floor of the parking garage to force me to get in at least 4 flights at the start and end of each shift. Stretching is part of my night time routine.

Self care: 1. Find your routines. 2. Take time for yourself. Don’t always give others your time saving none for you. 3. Journal your gratitude and emotions.

For me, I have a few routines some for school, some for home. They are patterns I follow without fault each day and week. Taking time for myself I tend to plan it in my weekly planning. I plan a monthly massage or facial. When it comes to my journals I tend to sum the day in my journal. But then I also have an emotion journal. It has many deep thought emtions not just happy or sad but tense, energenic, etc and it allows for a breif why and records the weather and current activitey for the day.

Your flow will look different from another’s. Good Luck and happy journey finding your positive vibrations. I know you will shine in time!
